How will I know if my request is accepted?
After you place your request online, we will present your request to home service professionals in your area. If your request is sucessful you will be redirected to page to complete any requirements needed by the service professional. You will also receive an instant e-mail advising you that your home service request has been accepted, pending verification of the information you have provided. A customer service representative will then contact you (during business hours) to finalize your request.

How will I receive the service?
Once we connect you with a home service professional, the contractor should reach out to arrange thorough assessment and quote within 24 hours.

How much does this cost?
The home professional connection services offered by FreshwayHome.com are free. FreshwayHome is not a contractor or professional home service provider, but a service used by home owners to connect to home service professionals. Any service agreements made to with the home service partners are between the contractor and home owner and/or client. FreshwayHome is an independent home service connecting service that helps home owners find a contractors from among our entire network of home service professionals.
